Villages of Winding Creek Clubhouse Rental Information
The Villages of Winding Creek Clubhouse is an ideal venue for parties, events, meetings, and classes. You can rent this space for $100 per day, with a $250 refundable deposit for potential damage or excessive cleaning. Here are the steps to rent the clubhouse:

Click the "request to book" button and find your desired date on the live calendar. Complete the required information. If the date is no longer available, you'll see a message to that effect.

Once you've booked the date, you'll receive an email from Towne Properties (susanpardoe@towneproperties.com). The clubhouse rental fee of $100 will be added to your account. You'll have one week from the date of the email from Towne Properties to pay in full or the date will be cancelled. The payment must post to your ledger by the due date in order to be considered "on time".

The Clubhouse Coordinator can be reached at 937-477-5576. You will coordinate with him for clubhouse access for the day of your event.

Access to the clubhouse on the day of your event begins at 9 AM and ends at 11 PM.
